يمكنك أن تطلب من عقارقو حذف كل البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، سواء وصلتنا عبر ماسنجر أو إنستغرام أو واتساب أو موقعنا.

كيف تطلب الحذف

أرسل لنا عبارة احذف بياناتي مع اسمك ورقم الهاتف أو الحساب الذي تواصلت منه، عبر أي من القنوات التالية:

ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك

  1. نؤكد استلام طلبك خلال 3 أيام عمل.
  2. نحذف رسائلك وبيانات التواصل وسجلات العقار والصور والوثائق المرتبطة بك من أنظمة عقارقو خلال 30 يوماً.
  3. نرسل لك تأكيداً عند اكتمال الحذف.

ما قد نحتفظ به

الفواتير والاتفاقيات الموقّعة التي يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها، وللمدة المطلوبة فقط.

ملاحظة عن Meta

يحذف هذا الإجراء البيانات التي تحتفظ بها عقارقو. أما نسخ المحادثات المحفوظة داخل تطبيقات ماسنجر وإنستغرام وواتساب فتخضع لسياسات Meta، ويمكنك حذف المحادثة من جهتك داخل التطبيق.

Data Deletion

You can ask AqarGo to delete all the data we hold about you, whether it reached us through Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or our website.

How to request deletion

Send us the words Delete my data with your name and the phone number or account you contacted us from, through any of these channels:

What happens next

  1. We confirm we've received your request within 3 working days.
  2. We delete your messages, contact details, and the property records, photos and documents linked to you from AqarGo's systems within 30 days.
  3. We send you a confirmation when the deletion is complete.

What we may keep

Invoices and signed agreements that the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as required.

A note on Meta

This deletes the data AqarGo holds. Copies of conversations stored inside Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are governed by Meta's policies; you can delete a conversation on your side within the app.
