عقارقو (AqarGo) خدمة لتسويق وتأجير العقارات التجارية في عمّان، الأردن. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عندما تتواصل معنا عبر موقع getaqargo.com أو فيسبوك ماسنجر أو إنستغرام أو واتساب، وكيف نستخدمها ونحذفها.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا عبر ماسنجر وإنستغرام وواتساب، بما فيها النصوص والصور والرسائل الصوتية والمرفقات.
اسمك ومعرّف حسابك كما تزوّدنا بهما Meta، والإعلان أو المنشور الذي بدأت منه المحادثة.
رقم هاتفك وأي بيانات تواصل أخرى تشاركها معنا.
تفاصيل العقار التي يشاركها المالكون: الموقع والمساحة والسعر والصور والفيديو والوثائق مثل سند التسجيل ومخطط الموقع والرخص.
متطلبات المستأجرين: نوع الاستخدام والمساحة والمنطقة والميزانية والتوقيت.
على الموقع: لا نطلب إنشاء حساب، وتبقى إجابات حاسبة تكلفة الشغور داخل متصفحك. قد يحتفظ مزوّدو الاستضافة بسجلات تقنية أساسية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لتشغيل الموقع.

2. كيف نستخدم البيانات

للرد عليك ومتابعة طلبك.
لتسويق العقار وإعداد الإعلانات وصفحات العرض.
لمطابقة المستأجرين مع العقارات المناسبة وترتيب المعاينات والعروض.
لإعداد تقارير أداء لمالكي العقارات.
لتحسين خدمتنا.

نستخدم أدوات آلية، منها أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي، لتنظيم المحادثات واستخراج تفاصيل العقار واقتراح الردود. أما القرارات المتعلقة بالأسعار والعمولات والاتفاقات فيتخذها فريقنا.

قد يرد على رسالتك في ماسنجر أو واتساب مساعد آلي باسم عقارقو: يرسل لك تفاصيل الوحدات المعروضة وأسعارها ورابط موقعها على خرائط جوجل، ويحجز لك موعد معاينة مبدئياً حتى يؤكده أحد أفراد فريقنا. لا يرد المساعد إلا خلال 24 ساعة من آخر رسالة منك، ويحوّل أي سؤال عن التفاوض أو الرسوم أو الاتفاقات إلى شخص من الفريق.

3. مع من نشارك البيانات

مع الطرف الآخر في الصفقة وبالقدر اللازم فقط: نشارك طلب المستأجر مع المالك، وتفاصيل العقار مع المستأجر المهتم.
مع مزوّدي خدمات يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا: Meta (ماسنجر وإنستغرام وواتساب والإعلانات)، وAmazon Web Services (الاستضافة والتخزين)، وCloudflare (الموقع)، وGoogle (البريد والجداول)، وAnthropic (أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي).
مع الجهات الرسمية إذا طلب القانون ذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

4. البيانات الواردة من Meta

نستخدم البيانات التي نتلقاها عبر واجهات Meta البرمجية (ماسنجر وإنستغرام) فقط لتقديم خدمتنا لك: الرد على رسائلك وإدارة طلبك. لا نبيعها ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر، ونلتزم بشروط منصة Meta.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالمحادثات وسجلات العقارات طوال فترة تعاملنا معك وحتى 24 شهراً بعد آخر تواصل، ثم نحذفها، إلا إذا طلبت الحذف قبل ذلك أو اقتضى القانون الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول.

6. أين تُحفظ البيانات

تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم Amazon Web Services في فرانكفورت (الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وتُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ويقتصر الوصول إليها على فريق عقارقو.

7. حقوقك

يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو أن تطلب منا التوقف عن مراسلتك. لطلب الحذف اتبع الخطوات في صفحة حذف البيانات.

8. الأطفال

خدمتنا موجّهة لأصحاب العقارات والشركات والبالغين، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون 18 عاماً.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

AqarGo is a commercial property marketing and letting service in Amman, Jordan. This policy explains what data we collect when you contact us through getaqargo.com, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, and how we use and delete it.

1. What we collect

Messages you send us on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, including text, photos, voice notes and attachments.
Your name and account ID as provided by Meta, and the ad or post the conversation started from.
Your phone number and any other contact details you share with us.
Property details that owners share: location, size, price, photos, video and documents such as title deeds, site plans and licences.
Tenant requirements: intended use, size, area, budget and timing.
On the website: no account is required, and answers to the vacancy-cost calculator stay in your browser. Our hosting providers may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site.

2. How we use it

To reply to you and follow up on your request.
To market your property and prepare ads and listing pages.
To match tenants with suitable properties and arrange viewings and offers.
To prepare performance reports for property owners.
To improve our service.

We use automated tools, including AI tools, to organise conversations, extract property details and suggest replies. Decisions about prices, fees and agreements are made by our team.

Your message on Messenger or WhatsApp may be answered by an automated assistant in AqarGo's name. It sends you the details and asking rents of the units on offer and a Google Maps link to their location, and books a viewing provisionally until someone on our team confirms it. It replies only within 24 hours of your last message, and passes any question about negotiation, fees or agreements to a person on our team.

3. Who we share it with

The other side of a deal, only as needed: we share a tenant's request with the owner, and property details with an interested tenant.
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Meta (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and ads), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Cloudflare (website), Google (email and spreadsheets) and Anthropic (AI tools).
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data we receive from Meta

We use data received through Meta's APIs (Messenger and Instagram) only to provide our service to you: replying to your messages and handling your request. We do not sell it or use it for any other purpose, and we comply with the Meta Platform Terms.

5. How long we keep it

We keep conversations and property records while we work with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them — unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Where it is stored

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt (EU), transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and accessible only to the AqarGo team.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, or for us to stop messaging you. To request deletion, follow the steps on our data deletion page.

8. Children

Our service is for property owners, businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change is published on this page with a new date.
